Does the beaver lodge structure support the weight of children climbing on it?
Not sure, but I have to say it doesn't look like it. Would be nice if it did, though!
The Beaver Lodge is too "prickly" to be a climber, but I can't see anything that would deter a child from starting to climb it.The museum where I work has an outdoor sculpture of an iguana that kids love to climb, despite the little signs asking visitors not to climb it. The sculpture sits on a platform that seems to be designed to deter very young children from climbing on it.
