So, playscapes blog was pleased to be featured in the June issue of Landscape Architecture magazine, the publication of the American Society of Landscape Architects, as part of an article about landscape architects who blog. I'm not a landscape architect, but they let me play along anyway. If you'd like to take a look, the entire issue is available for download at zinio (for $5.25), but you can browse up to four pages for free. I'm smiling at you from page 49.
I found your blog through this article in my husband's LA mag, and I'm very grateful. I love play grounds! I love your other blogs too. Thanks for all your work putting these together.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, the plantings in the play area I made for my son have been filling in nicely. I can't wait until he outgrows eating the wood chips so I can let him play there. :)
Congratulations! That was a really nice write-up on your blog. I'm glad to know that you have so many faithful readers. Playground design often takes a back seat, I think, to other high profile projects (when was the last time a neighborhood playground won a design award?), so it's gratifying to see that LA Magazine directed a spotlight to Playscapes. keep up the great work!
